1. San Francisco - Alex Smith QB, Utah San Francisco is virtually stuck with the first overall pick due to no interest from other teams. They have said that they have narrowed it down to Rolle, Edwards, Smith, or Rodgers. Rolle has virtually no chance at going #1 and it's hard to take a WR #1. I believe that Smith will be the choice and not Rodgers because as much is made of Tedford's ability to develop QB's, this is the list of QB's Tedford has tutored: Akili Smith, Trent Dilfer, David Carr, Joey Harrington, Kyle Boller. Not exactly a veritable who's who of gunslingers.
2. Miami - Ronnie Brown RB, Auburn Ronnie Brown is the cream of the RB class and unless Miami turns in about face and trades for edge, this is who they're going for.
3. Cleveland - Aaron Rodgers QB, Califronia Cleveland needs a QB.....badly. Luke McCown nor Trent Dilfer are the answer. They have a decent pair of backs in Suggs and Green, and their CB's (Henry and McCutcheon) are at least decent. They draft whichever QB that SF passes on.
4. Chicago - Braylon Edwards WR, Michigan Chicago seemed sure to draft Edwards before they signed Muhammad out of free agency. Now they could go a number of ways CB, OT, maybe even a RB. However, Edwards is a midwest guy and they still need another weapon for Grossman to prove himself.
5. Tampa Bay - Carnell Williams RB, Auburn This looks to be the easiest pick on the board. Gruden loves Cadillac and the Bucs need a RB. Seems to be a perfect fit.
(Will do 6-10 later on, appreciate all input and discussion on opinions)
